Refund policy


We have a 30-day free return policy for orders through dealjustdeal.com (including DealJustDeal on Shop.app), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return without charging restocking fee,

1) your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2) The above return policy is also applicable for the following conditions:

  • Used like new;
  • Used excellent/very good without missing accessories/parts/components.

 

3) We keep the right to charge restocking fees for the below conditions:

  • Heavily used;
  • Damaged from the customer's mistake;
  • Used with missing accessories/parts/components. Restocking fees are capped at 30%.

In addition, we record serial numbers (SN) if available.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or wrong, so that we can make it right.

Refunds
We will issue refunds to you within 48 h once we’ve received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
